Main Project Evaluation Documents

General Rules
>Each project team should submit a report before mid-way evaluation
>No team should be permitted to presention without a report duly verified by the      corresponding guide
>A soft copy of the report and ppt should be present before the guide on                22/02/2010(Monday) or 23/02/2010(Tuesday) without fail
>document submission at last time is not permitted
>report may be of 30-50 pages and slides may be 25-35
>presentation time is 20-30 minutes,participate all members
>Report must contain
>Introduction
>System analysis-existng ,proposed system,specs.
>System design- use case ,sequence,DFD(latest level) ,
>Implementation -screen shots
>Project Progress - % of completion of each module & overall %
>Conclusion
>References - include refernces for analysis,design,implementation  
>All other instructions will be given on due course

Mid Way PPT

• Introduction

• System analysis(exiting and proposed,hardware specification(if there)and configuration)

• If u wish (Usecase,Sequence,ER)

• DFD level3 and any other important ones

• Implementation(language,screenshots)

• Completion(which all modules how much completed)

• Conclusion

Mid Way Report

• Introduction

• System analysis

• Design level 3 dfd

• Impletation,screenshots and progress

• Project completion
